Terms of Sale.

Most of our products are sold through our Etsy shop. Those orders follow Etsy's terms and the shop policies shown on each listing, including shipping, returns and Etsy's purchase protection.

Custom work is quoted in writing. Your quote lists the price, quantity, colors, lead time and any deposit.

Nothing is made until you approve the final design and quote. A deposit, if any, is credited to your order.

If the terms in your quote differ from this page, the quote applies.

Every item is 3D printed for you. Small differences in color, texture and layer lines are normal and are part of how these parts are made.

Colors on screen can look slightly different from the real material.

When you send us a file, logo or design, you confirm you have the right to use it. We use it only to quote and fill your order, and we never publish or share it.

We may adjust a model for strength and printability. You approve any change before we print.

Our cases and organizers are storage and organization products. They are not medical devices and are not sterile.

STL files are for personal use. Please don't resell the files or prints made from them without our written OK.

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us with your order details and a photo. We'll work with you to fix it.
